REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Tier 1 — Refund Policy (15 Days)
You may receive a full refund within 15 days of the purchase date for in-stock jewelry that meets all of the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unaltered condition (no sizing, setting, engraving, or modifications by anyone).
- The item shows no signs of wear or damage.
If these conditions are not met, the item does not qualify for a refund.
Tier 2 — Exchange / Store Credit Policy (30 Days)
After 15 days, and up to 30 days from the purchase date, you may receive an in-store credit toward any other piece of jewelry for in-stock items that:
- Are not altered in any way, and
- Are in like-new condition as determined by our staff.
No refunds will be issued after 15 days.
Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit:
- Custom-designed jewelry
- Special-order items that are not in-stock
- Jewelry that has been sized, set, altered, engraved, or modified in any way
- Lab-created diamonds or lab-created gemstones
- Any item showing wear or damage.
General Conditions
- Jewelry must be inspected by our staff before any refund or credit is issued.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Deposits on custom or special orders are non-refundable.
