REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Tier 1 — Refund Policy (15 Days)

You may receive a full refund within 15 days of the purchase date for in-stock jewelry that meets all of the following conditions:

  1. The item is in its original, unaltered condition (no sizing, setting, engraving, or modifications by anyone).
  2. The item shows no signs of wear or damage.

If these conditions are not met, the item does not qualify for a refund.

Tier 2 — Exchange / Store Credit Policy (30 Days)

After 15 days, and up to 30 days from the purchase date, you may receive an in-store credit toward any other piece of jewelry for in-stock items that:

  1. Are not altered in any way, and
  2. Are in like-new condition as determined by our staff.

No refunds will be issued after 15 days.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit:

  • Custom-designed jewelry
  • Special-order items that are not in-stock
  • Jewelry that has been sized, set, altered, engraved, or modified in any way
  • Lab-created diamonds or lab-created gemstones
  • Any item showing wear or damage.

General Conditions

  • Jewelry must be inspected by our staff before any refund or credit is issued.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Deposits on custom or special orders are non-refundable.
