order cancellation (before delivery)

If you need to cancel or change your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, but please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way quickly & efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to us in accordance with our return policy.

If for any reason we can not satisfy you, you must return the jewelry item according to the following instructions.

Call for a 3-digit Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be prominently displayed on the outside of the package. Return the item in new and unused condition with all original packaging and materials included. ‘New and unused' means that there are no scratches, blemishes, nor any other damage on the item, and that it has not been sized or altered in any way.

Our specialists will inspect your item upon receipt. If the item has been sized or altered in any way, or is not in new condition, it will not be accepted for exchange or refund, and we will return it to you at your expense.

We must receive your returned item within 15 days of the original shipping date. If we receive your item after 15 days of the date of shipping, or if you did not prominently display your Return Authorization number on the package, we may refuse the item and return it to you at your expense.

Jewelry that comes with a grading certificate must be returned with the original certificate.  If the certificate is not returned, the refund amount will be reduced by $150 or more according to the replacement cost.

For tracking purposes, we recommend shipping merchandise by Federal Express. Your 3-digit Return Authorization number must be prominently displayed on the package. We also recommend that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the jewelry. We do not assume any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Failure to follow these instructions will prevent the processing of your return.
