If your diamond jewelry does not appraise for at least 20% higher than your purchase price when appraised by an independent appraiser, we will refund your money within 15 days. Jewelry must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. Custom designed or altered pieces are non-refundable.

You may trade in your diamond jewelry item for its full purchase price towards the purchase price of any piece of jewelry that is at least double the price you originally paid. This policy excludes trades of Why Mom Deserves a Diamond® jewelry, or jewelry that is other than gold or platinum. Trade-in excludes sales tax and must be in original condition, except for normal wear. Custom and specially ordered pieces may vary considerably, and are applicable only to our regular prices. |
