Will I be liable for my jewelry order while it is being shipped?
Your shipment is risk-free because it is fully insured. For added security, we require a signature of acceptance for all orders over $100.
How long does it take to get my order?
We make every effort for your order to arrive as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 hours. You must allow up to 14 business days for custom orders. We will keep you informed along the way.

Can you resize my ring?
Gallery of Diamonds is happy to offer one free lifetime sizing on every ring purchased. If your ring ever needs to be resized, standard rates will be charged depending on current metal prices. Apart from shipping time-in-transit, resizing may take 10-14 business days.
